In a video published this Saturday, January 11, the influencer specializing in luxury cars explained the sources of his salary and how he reinvested it.

In a video of approximately one hour published this Saturday, January 11, GMK, a YouTuber specializing in luxury cars, looked back on the beginnings of his channel, his career and his income.

Thus, the collector revealed that he pocketed 58,668 euros for the month of last December alone thanks to YouTube by posting four videos, “but that’s not what allows me to live the way I live”, he clarified in showing his phone screen to the camera.

GMK also added that his salary could vary depending on the period. In November 2024, for example, he earned 24,517 euros, 41,000 euros an even earlier month and 18,000 euros in August and that “is only with YouTube”, insisted the videographer, comparing his income with that of a surgeon.

“Today, “I hardly look at YouTube monetization anymore because it doesn’t interest me,” said GMK, whose real name is Georges Maroun Kikano. “I do YouTube for long videos like I am doing now, in a bit of a Netflix format that I could do only on YouTube,” he explained.

Product placements that pay off

While the salary that GMK mentioned comes from the monetization of his videos, the latter is also paid when he carries out product placements which he charges companies “between 60,000 and 100,000 euros”.

“That’s money I earn thanks to you,” assured the influencer, addressing his subscribers. “This is the money that all influencers and YouTubers make from you,” he added.

In addition to the salaries coming from his YouTube channel followed by 2.42 million people, GMK mentioned his other social networks such as Instagram, where a post earns him up to 35,000 euros and a story up to 25,000 euros.

This is not the first time that GMK has openly shared his sources of income with his followers. Last July, he had already expressed himself in a similar video where he declared that he received between 30,000 euros and 40,000 euros per month. Amounts that the videographer reinvests in different projects such as real estate.
