In a video lasting almost 55 minutes, Sylvain Lyve responds to the accusations of his former associate who accused him of having “taken everything” from him in August.

“To properly attack 2025, I want to put an end to this story.” Six months later, Sylvain Lyve finally responds to Pierre Chabrier’s accusations. In December 2023, the two videographers announced the end of their YouTube channel called Vilebrequin. A few months later, last August, Pierre Chabrier published a 40-minute video in which he criticizes Sylvain Lyve for having “taken everything” from him.

Remaining silent until now, except for an Instagram publication, the latter, who has 962,000 subscribers, finally responded, in a video of almost 55 minutes published this Thursday, January 9. “We have 40 minutes of video where Pierre beats me up (…) I’m fed up with having messages and comments from people who don’t know me, don’t know Pierre, don’t know him “story, but who, nevertheless, open their mouths”, he justifies. But, more than anything, the YouTuber can’t stand his loved ones receiving messages on this subject.

Heavy accusations

Sylvain Lyve has thus decided to break the silence. “What I really blame Pierre in this story is that he really machine-gunned everyone (…) I have done everything over the last six months to keep this matter private. You did not have to undergo the painful separation that was Vilebrequin”, he laments.

Before returning to Pierre Chabrier’s accusations, Sylvain Lyve himself accuses his former associate of having stolen from him. “Pierre stole the money from the Vilebrequin account. So, it’s not a joke. Pierre, with the complicity of the LCL bank branch in Chantilly, with whom he has eight million euros (…) He extracted a bank check for the total amount of the account and today, this bank check is on his desk And, it is all the more serious that today, as president of Vilebrequin, I cannot. not pay the 92,000 euros in taxes that we owe, since Pierre has the check hostage on his desk,” denounced the YouTuber.

Sylvain Lyve then returns to the history of the Multipla, Vilebrequin’s emblem and which he bought. It all started with another vehicle they owned: a Volkswagen Phaeton. Pierre would have decided to sell it without his consent. The videographer thus assures that he was afraid that his former teammate would do the same with the Multipla. Reason why he decided to buy it, at a price of 132,000 euros, he reveals.

“In fact, the bottom line is that Pierre wanted to turn me upside down with the Multipla (…) And there, Pierre, currently, is bathing in my tickets,” says Sylvain Lyve, providing several proofs.

To begin with, he shows a screenshot of a letter from Pierre Chabrier’s lawyer in which it is written that he wants to recover the Multipla to exhibit it. “While Sylvain runs the Multipla and Sylvain pays the insurance, costs and maintenance, Pierre, in exchange, grants himself the right to exploit the Multipla to make money,” explains -he.

The videographer then claims that his former partner wanted to buy the two cars for his bar-garage project called Racebox. Project which was revealed 48 hours after the video in which he makes accusations against him.

Problematic recruitment and false tears

Sylvain Lyve then returns to Pierre Chabrier’s partner, who had been hired on a fixed-term contract to help with production and who was not renewed a few days before her permanent contract. “I’m going to try to be very concise about the girlfriend’s story. It’s just Pierre who tried to hook up with his girlfriend and did nothing,” he says.

“I would rather have said that it was adultery that cost him his relationship. Cheating on his girlfriend at Pierre’s house was an Olympic sport,” he denounces while his former partner affirmed, in his video, that it was this story that had cost him his marriage.

Sylvain Lyve then claims that he was forced to hire Pierre Chabrier’s girlfriend and that “it went very, very badly”. Supporting screenshot of her CV, he explains that she was not qualified for the position, but also that she was doing nothing. During her last week of work, she would have spent 30 of the 35 working hours on Tiktok and organizing her vacation with Pierre Chabrier.

Contrary to what the latter asserts in his video, Sylvain Lyve maintains that he warned him that he wanted to fire her. Concerning this video, he also accuses his former teammate of having created fake tears to pity the public.

“Pierre learned to make fake tears on Top Gear, with mint crystals,” he explains.

Two decisive moments

Finally, Sylvain Lyve returns to the reasons which made him want to stop their channel. “To be honest with you, the question of stopping Vilebrequin arose at two times,” he says. The first dates back to their participation in the GP Explorer, a formula 4 race organized by Squeezie. While it was “the happiest day of his life”, Pierre Chabrier would have had a very bad experience of this day because he did not want to arrive behind him.

“Following the GP Explorer 1, Pierre made me and the team miserable. Because the baby that is Pierre was too upset not to even reach the podium. And, this day , which is nevertheless the most beautiful of my life, in my opinion, was the first day of the end of Vilebrequin”, reveals Sylvain Lyve.

The second moment is linked to the filming of Top Gear in Germany. “I said to myself, either this filming united us, or it separated us. And, it separated us. To summarize, Pierre was abject, whether with the team or me. Pierre was frustrated to have a less efficient car than mine and not being the character with the most efficient car in the filming”, explains the YouTuber.

That day, they were driving on the Nürburgring, a legendary circuit in Germany, which is also considered one of the most difficult and dangerous in the world with its 73 turns. The following day, with Pierre Chabrier who had left, Sylvain Lyve emphasizes having had a better time with two friends. For him, this day marked the end of Vilebrequin.

“The end of Vilebrequin is a set of small subjects and for example, in these small subjects, Pierre, over time, with money and fame, became someone super embittered. He became stingy, mean and even petty,” laments the videographer.

“I will perhaps hurt some people. Never, in my life, will I do something with Pierre Chabrier again,” he adds.

Sylvain Lyve then ends his video by apologizing for not having been able to offer a “clean” end of the Crankshaft, but also for the way in which he acted with the Multipla. “Above all, I would like to send a message of hope for 2025: I am going to do everything to get the Multipla rolling. We are going to have crazy projects and today, I am proud, I am happy to have succeeded in creating a amazing team. And today I’m living my best life.”

With more than 400,000 views and more than 110,000 likes, his video has not yet provoked a reaction from his former partner, Pierre Chabrier.
