It’s a nice surprise found by actress Lisa Kudrow who plays the role of the friendly Phoebe in Friends.

As Matthew Perry abruptly disappeared in 2023, the actress revealed she found “recently“a note that his friend had written to him 20 years ago.

Invited on the set of Drew Barrymore Show Tuesday January 7, the American actress told the story of this forgotten message.

The one who played Phoebe in the cult sitcom, broadcast between 1994 and 2004, said she still had in her possession the cookie jar used as decor in Monica’s apartment.

Before continuing: “Matthew gave it to me after filming our last episode. I recently found the note he slipped inside for me.”

“I hadn’t opened (the jar), nor looked inside. But yes, he did that. He had put a message in it and I had forgotten it,” concluded the 61-year-old actress, without revealing the content.
