Luana Belmondo separated from Paul: her strong words on a year 2024 which “wasn’t great”

It’s an understatement to say that the year 2024 has been eventful for Luana Belmondo. Last June, our colleagues from the magazine Here is announced that Paul and Luana Belmondo were separated after thirty-three years of love and the birth of their three boys: Alessandro, Victor and Giacomo. Terrible news for the 53-year-old Italian chef, who did not hesitate to confide her sorrow on her social networks or in the media concerning her breakup with Jean-Paul Belmondo’s son. “Listen it’s okay, it must be okay because it’s my philosophy, life can knock me down on one knee but the other one is always up and ready to get up again and that you can trust me”, she wrote on Instagram last September.

If for his part Paul Belmondo remained very discreet about this separation after more than 34 years of marriage, Luana wanted to look back on this year, which was complicated to say the least. The beautiful Italian who has a lot on her heart after her separation from the father of her children did not hesitate to return to her situation in a message where she sends her wishes for the new year. “I’m filming for Volfoni but I just took a little break to wish you a very happy new year 2025”begins by saying the chef, before adding: “So for me, 2024 was not great, as you well knowbut I learned a lot of things: I learned to do good to myself, I learned to think more about myselfto know myself better, but above all to surround myself with caring people.”

Particularly resilient, Luana Belmondo seems on the road to recovery after a psychologically complicated year 2024. After her breakup with Paul, Luana’s romantic future already seems well defined as the latter mentioned a few months ago. Far from languishing, the mother of three grown boys does not intend to give up. “You have to believe it. Love is life. Whether it is universal love, for children or for a man. I believe in it very strongly, very, very strongly,” declared the cooking show host during an interview with Match.
