Kathleen, the talented Quebec singer, quickly established herself in the Quebec musical landscape of the 90s. Her style, combining pop and contemporary influences, allowed her to stand out in the music industry.
His first album, titled Kathleen (1991)has sold more than 75,000 units and obtained gold certification. The 1992 Félix earned it 2 nominations, that of its author, composer Jean-Pierre Isaac (Mitsou, French B, etc.) as well as that of Revelation artist.
According to her, poorly oriented when she made her debut in the music industry in the early 1990s, the Gaspésie went through several disappointments which pushed her to move away from the industry afterwards.
The singer made her comeback on TV very recently on the show The fury.
After a long period of absence from the limelight and having repeatedly rejected requests for television performances, she finally agreed to return to the stage. For the first time in ten years, she performed her famous song “That’s OK” on set, in its original version, provoking an immediate reaction of ecstasy among the audience and in the studio.
At the microphone of Sophie Durocher on QUB 99.5, she returned to a dark moment in her life, which took place on the show Hot pepperhosted by Normand Brathwaite.
After a disastrous participation in the show Fort Boyard in the summer of 1994, the singer was ridiculed for four years on the show Hot Pepper.

The teasing about her appearance increased from one show to the next, to the point where she ended up being afraid to leave her own home.
