Tuesday June 25, the Giorgio Armani Beauté ambassador came to attend the house’s fall/winter 2024-2025 Haute Couture fashion show, as part of Paris Fashion Week.
As usual, Cate Blanchett lit up the Giorgio Armani meeting. Brand ambassador, the 55-year-old actress came to attend the fall/winter 2024-2025 fashion show by Armani Privé, the haute couture division of the Italian house, which took place on June 25 for Paris Fashion Week. Hair swept back, black sunglasses on her nose, a strapless black jumpsuit highlighting her slender figure, the actress looked sensational. Perched on her stiletto pumps, the Oscar-winning actress dropped the black jacket that was placed on her shoulders before offering photographers a fashion lesson.

To attend the Armani couture show, the actress did not come alone. His son Ignatius appeared at his side in a cream-colored suit and white shirt. His blue eyes highlighted by his light brown hair which fell on his forehead, the 16-year-old young man seemed very shy, sitting in the front row with his famous mother. An image of the mother-son duo, walking hand in hand, was also captured.
Children “disinterested” in their career
Ignatius is the third child of 4 siblings, brought into the world by Cate Blanchett. Married to the writer Andrew Upton since 1997, the actress had three sons with her husband: Dashiell (22 years old), Roman (20 years old), and Ignatius (16 years old), before giving birth to a daughter Edith (9 years).
It is rare for the actress to participate in public events with her family. In an interview given to Page Six in April 2022, the Oscar winner for her role in Blue Jasmine had even said that his children were “disinterested” in his career – but in the “best possible, healthiest way.” We suspect that they are still somewhat suspicious of their mother’s notoriety, particularly Ignatius. In 2018, then aged 10, the latter walked the red carpet in London for the premiere of film Ocean’s 8 . In the film directed by Gary Ross, Cate Blanchett stars in a 5-star cast including Rihanna, Sandra Bullock, Anne Hathaway, Sarah Paulson and Helena Bonham Carter.
