From Friday November 22 to Sunday November 24, 2024, the Laval image club of amateur photographers will celebrate its 60th anniversary at the Laval multipurpose room (1), with exhibitions, conferences by photographers, a photo outing, etc. On this occasion, four long-time members tell us about their experience within the association. Laurent Durel has been a member of Laval image for almost twenty years. He opened the door of the association with the desire to progress to immortalize the Lights of Laval. Subsequently, it was animal photography that captivated him.
“In general, we see animals without looking at them, especially birds. The intention of the photo is to freeze the image, to see the beauty, even of a small common piaf. » The photographer can stay for hours on the lookout, in the middle of nature, to capture the appearance of an animal….
