In 1974, Lino Ventura delivered the most famous slap in French cinema to a very young Isabelle Adjani in the film of the same name. 50 years later, the episode is much less glorious, but it pits Sara Forestier and Nicolas Duvauchelle against each other, around a supposed slap during a joint shoot in 2021, on the film Bonhomme.
Returning to the poster for the drama Trois Amies, by Emmanuel Mouret, after three years away from the sets, the actress explained Thursday evening on the set of Quotidien the reason for her absence: “I needed to take a few years to rebuild myself because I had been hit by an actor on a film. I went to the police station, I left the film. We talk very little about it for women, trauma. That is to say that there is everything after (where) you have to rebuild yourself. So I took this time. I filed a complaint,” she said.
The actor concerned, Nicolas Duvauchelle, is never cited, but the numerous recriminations on his social networks pushed him to break his silence on Instagram: “Let this be clear to all the cardboard vigilante nicknames… I don't I never touched Sara Forestier, several witnesses were present including the director and an investigation was carried out by the courts. Please respect the verdict. I plan to sue all the smart guys who continue to send me cowardly messages.”
