Under the supervision of the head of operations and marketing and in collaboration with the graphics and web project manager, the graphic designer will play a leading role within the agency. In addition to bringing our projects to life, you will participate in the deployment of our marketing initiatives, combining strategy, creativity and execution to achieve our clients’ objectives.

The ideal candidate, based in the greater Quebec region, stands out for their versatility, professionalism and developed sense of organization and judgment.

35 to 40 hours / week
Telework: 75% to 85% (travel to our clients and our offices)

Main tasks

  • Participate in the ideation, creation and research process as part of our various projects;
  • Design the visuals for our campaigns and deploy them on the different platforms (digital and traditional), based on the strategies and content determined by the marketing team;
  • Contribute to the creation of visual identities for branding projects: logos, color palettes, typographies and graphic elements.
  • In collaboration with our graphic and web project manager, develop website models, ensuring an optimal user experience (UX) and a modern design, while integrating the principles of ergonomics and conversion.
  • Supervise video productions, including planning, team coordination, and monitoring of filming to ensure content quality and visual consistency;
  • Produce campaign performance reports and analyze them with the head of operations and marketing;
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure alignment of creative, marketing and video projects.

Required skills

  • Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience;
  • Two (2) years of experience in graphic design with video production supervision;
  • Strong interest in marketing and ease of learning digital tools;
  • Excellent written French and bilingualism (French/English);
  • Above average organizational and time management skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a teleworking environment;
  • Good knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Suite).
