Until October 21, the city center windows are transformed into art galleries with the 4th edition of “Vitrines de la Création”. An event organized by the “Parcours d’architecture” association.
Around the theme “Form and beyond”, the association brought together different artists from France and elsewhere (Hungary, Germany, United Kingdom, Holland).
For almost a month, the artists and creators Xavier Brisoux, Loic Calvert, Valentine Dubois, Anais Duplan, Marion Grange, the Lap chaise collective (Sasha Calonne, Inès Carlma and Valentin Viven), Joanne Lamb, Thais Loret, Kuniko Maeda, Mateusz Maquere , Viktoria Maroti, Sarah Melen, Monya Tokyo (Caroline Pradel Suzuki, Yuji Suzuki), The oseraie de l’île (Karen Gossart, Corentin Laval), Sacha Parent, Jeanson Péchin, Samuel Roblin, Kristina Rothe, Camille Routélous, Anne Saltel , Alexandre Samson, Isabelle Soum, The New Raw (Panos Sakkas, Foteini Setaki), Valentine Tiraboschi, Maya De la Vaissière, Ludovic Vaysse and Silke Wellmeier are invited into the Tarbes windows but also the mobile gallery.
“For this new edition, we are offering some new features” explain the members of the Parcours d’architecture association.
“The Tarbes windows are currently exhibiting around ten artists. However, we wanted to exhibit more artists and creators. Our partnership with the Tarbes collective La chaise is also a new thing. It is exhibiting but it will also be an integral part of the windows through different events such as the guided tour and a children’s workshop.”
