The rag burns between Muriel Robin and Pierre Palmade. While their relation had already not been in good shape for a year and a half, it is now possible to say that nothing connects the former acolytes anymore. In a recent interview and on the occasion of her return to the small screen for the series “Master Crimes”, Muriel Robin confided, from now on, to having nothing in common with the former actor.
It is, more precisely, an assertion from Pierre Palmade which would have pushed the actress to put an end to her financial collaboration with him. A way to definitively cut ties with him, but above all, to turn the page. As a reminder, a year and a half ago, on February 10, 2023, the former actor caused a serious accident. An accident caused by his driving under drugs, which injured three people, including a six-year-old child, and caused the loss of a young pregnant woman’s baby.
Muriel Robin back against Pierre Palmade: this decision with serious consequences that she does not regret
After this event, moreover, and after having taken a big distance from her former sidekick, Muriel Robin had made a radical decision: to ask the television and radio channels to no longer distribute the works in which she and Pierre Palmade were able to collaborate. A decision which had not gone beyond the rumor stage for a long time, but which was confirmed by the actress herself in the columns of Midi-Libre.
“Sometimes amateur companies ask us if they can play our shows”she explains, before specifying: “In these cases, we received a request. My answer was always yes and it was Pierre who decided. We are talking about two requests per year, from companies that play in front of rooms of 100 people.” And to admit: “In terms of money, I don’t even talk about it, it’s nothing. Even if it’s not nothing of course for someone who has zero.”

If, for a long time, Muriel Robin let it slide, this is no longer the case today. The actress doesn’t no more gifts to Pierre Palmadeand even became extremely upset with the man she once still considered a friend. “I heard that people were saying that I was making him lose 5,000 euros per month”she asserts, acerbically, to our colleagues. And indicate: “My God, if he won that much, he could have told me, because I would have liked to win them too! It’s not going to turn his life upside down, but it allowed me to end our collaboration for the future.”
As Midi Libre explains, this story will not, however, prevent “to sometimes find television certain works” that Muriel Robin and Pierre Palmade were able to create together. “When it’s me who interprets, I bring the game. It’s not what we put on paper, it’s what I did with it, with my game, which when even a weight”she declares. “If I had played differently, it might not have had the same success. It was I who embodied them and brought them to life.”

Since these works in question belong as much to Muriel Robin as to Pierre Palmade, the actress believes: “So I have the impression that it “belongs” to me a little more than to him.” And to continue his thought: “I still asked the questionbut I don’t want to deprive people of that.”

She nevertheless concludes: “This reasoning seems to me to hold water. Until one morning, I got up and told myself that I was stopping everything. But this is not the case. From there to giving our texts to others, no, I don’t do business with that.”
