An extreme allergic reaction

This is an extremely violent allergic reaction that can be caused by food, bee, wasp and hornet stings, or even medications. In the actor’s case, the allergic reaction was caused by a medication, “a contrast product used during a medical examination”, specifies BFMTV.

The allergy manifested itself as angioedema, a rapid swelling of the skin and mucous membranes of the head and neck. Emergency services, alerted by a doctor, found the actor in cardiac arrest. Michel Blanc then died around 11 p.m. in hospital.
