Tuesday September 30, 2024, while the trial of her sexual abuser was diverted to criminal court from Melun, she must once again remember these painful moments of the 2021 school year, when she found herself, almost without realizing it, under the influence of a supervisor twenty years her senior.

She lived the sometimes complicated hours of a adolescence difficileagainst a backdrop of suffering, incomprehension and unease. Which led her, according to her, to search for “ a confidantan understanding adult and an ear who listens… “

In front of her, the educational assistant had to offer her all this and much more, to the point of experiencing repeated sexual relations with the very young girl. The tipping point when the confessor became the predator.

Three years later, the schoolgirl, who had become a promising student, decided to demand accountability from the one who had taken control of her. A long therapy allowed him to finally understand the notion of submission » and above all file a complaint in 2023. The investigation made it possible to establish a succession of five sexual relations during furtive encounters between the schoolgirl and the pawn.

Supervisor sentenced to prison

But the accusations don’t stop at this toxic relationship alone. The police investigation also revealed other criminal practices of the defendant.

Examination of his computers also revealed consumption of Internet sites andchild pornography images. An attendance that the accused did not wish to comment on.

The prosecutor asked for four years in prison, two of which were suspended. The defendant was ultimately sentenced to two years in prison farm. A sentence accompanied by socio-judicial monitoring of 5 years including a care order and the ban on contact with the victim, without forgetting a ban on professional activity in link with minors. In addition, he will have to pay almost 15 000 € cumulative fines and damages.
