After standing out during the battles of the new edition of The Voice Kids, April qualified for the semi-finals. We find it this Saturday evening on our screens.
“The Voice is like a dream,” April told our columns last week. After causing a sensation during her blind audition, then winning the battles, this 13-year-old from Toulouse qualified for the semi-finals of the show. She will defend her place this Saturday evening, among the 16 remaining talents, to try to win a ticket to the final.

It is in Patrick Fiori’s team that the young singer evolves. A caring coach, “who knows how to put us at ease”, she testifies. During the battles, broadcast last Saturday on our screens, April performed the Enfoirés song “Si l’on s’aimer, si” – cover of the group Kiss in French – with the group Kiss Kids and Yasmine. The singer Santa accompanied them throughout their rehearsals. And it was April who stood out from the crowd since Patrick Fiori decided to continue the adventure with the Toulouse woman.

Remarkable for her voice, April also impresses with her great maturity. During her audition, she sang Louane’s song “Pardonne-moi”, and justified her choice by “feeling different, and apologizing for it”. “It’s important for me to show my hypersensitivity, that people like me don’t feel alone, and that others understand,” she summarizes.
Last year, it was the young Durel, a member of Slimane’s team, who won the show. But in nine editions, four talents from Patrick Fiori have won: Jane in 2015, Angelina in 2017, Rébecca in 2020 and Raynaud in 2022. All that remains is to wish April good luck, so that she continues to make the Pink City shine until the final of the tenth season of The Voice Kids.
