After being held in pre-trial detention for attempted extortion by an organized gang and criminal association, this is a new setback for Rouen influencer Kenza Benchrif, alias Poupette Kenza on social media.
The Seine-Maritime prefecture signed an order on September 13, 2024 for a one-month administrative closure of the O’Sun time tanning salon, Place Joffre in Rouen, which she had opened with her husband Alan, our colleagues from Paris-Normandie reported.
For what reasons? On September 29, 2023, following an inspection by inspectors from the DDETS (Departmental Directorate of Employment, Labor and Solidarity), breaches of labor legislation were reported.
“Facts constituting concealed work by concealment of salaried employment”writes the prefecture in its order. In detail, one employee was not declared while for seven others, over periods between June 2022 and October 2023, there was no social declaration.
The amount of the damage in social security contributions and contributions amounts to 45,548 euros. Facts which are not contested by the company O’Sun time.
The salon had already been subject to a similar sanction in October 2023 for undeclared and uncontrolled tanning booths.
