Devastated by the news of Didier Roustan’s death, Charles Biétry, affected by Charcot’s disease, sent a letter to The Team a message to pay tribute to the man he hired at Canal+ in 1989 to produce long-form reports for the show Mag Maxcreated for the occasion. “What Didier Roustan did at Canal for three years with this show was exceptional, estimates the former sports director of Canal+, from 1984 to 1998. I have never seen more beautiful magazines in the world, whether it was about Sugar Ray Leonard, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar or Joe Montana.
