Family allowances are part of the aid paid by the State to help certain families with the maintenance and education of children. Like certain CAF aid, the conditions for receiving this benefit have been slightly adjusted this year. Here’s what you can expect for 2025.
The resource ceilings were increased by 4.8%
Remember that family allowances are intended for families with at least two dependent children under the age of 20. To benefit from it, you must respect a certain number of criteria, including family resources, which play a determining role.
Indeed, there are resource ceilings that must be respected to receive this social benefit. And like every year, CAF carries out a revaluation of these income thresholds for most of its benefits, and family allowances are no exception.
According to MoneyVoxfor this year, it is the income of 2023 which will be taken into account to determine the income threshold necessary to benefit from this assistance. Thus, the ceilings were subject to a increase of 4.8%.
