The idea to create the platform comes from the company founder's own experience of renting property, often dissatisfied with the international platforms and rental management agencies she has hired.

This newborn in the world of online accommodation booking platforms is ready to compete with the global giants in this area. To do this, Loger.ma has an automated payment process with the CMI (interbank electronic payment center) allowing the reimbursement of customers in the event of cancellation of the reservation within the deadlines prescribed by the owner and the monthly payments of income from rental on the Moroccan bank account of the owner. In order to avoid double reservations, the platform has automatic synchronization of the loger.ma calendar with those of other international platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, etc.).

A 100% secure booking platform
Loger.ma also has the mission of fighting against false advertisements widespread on international platforms. The Loger.ma team undertakes work to verify the supporting documents of the property and the owner. It requires a lease contract mentioning the authorization for subletting in addition to the copy of the seller's CIN, the certificate of ownership as well as the water and electricity bill mentioning the name of the seller.
In addition to booking hotels and classified accommodation, loger.ma aims to provide car rental services as well as restaurant table reservations and plane tickets for individuals and businesses. In addition to the platform, a mobile application has been developed for operational users for reservation and payment.
