The National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC), held its board of directors on Wednesday, December 25, chaired by the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries and Rural Development. and Water and Forests, Ahmed El Bouari.
It appears from the data presented by the Director General of the ANCFCC, Karim Tajmouati, on the occasion of this meeting, held in the presence of the Minister Delegate in charge of the National Defense Administration, Abdeltif Loudiyi, that the Agency has achieved , for 2024, a turnover of 9.2 billion dirhams (billion dirhams), with 6 billion dirhams paid directly to the General State Budget.
Tajmouati, who also presented the main achievements of the 2024 financial year, also reported the establishment across the Kingdom of 373,000 new land titles, the land registration of 1,100,000 hectares, in addition to the issuance of more than 2,000 000 digital property certificates.
Note that in recent years, the Agency has displayed, among others, the following results:
– 3,500,000 land titles issued, or 43% of all land titles in Morocco,
– 214 rural municipalities covered by free general land registration, with the creation of 1,240,000 new land titles,
– 11,600,000 registered hectares, or 62% of the total registered area in Morocco,
– 3,800,000 hectares of forestry land registered to reach 6,600,000 hectares,
– 4,000,000 hectares of registered collective property to reach 5,000,000 hectares,
– Integration of new cutting-edge technologies in cartographic and cadastral processes (permanent GNSS stations, aerial photography by planes and drones and use of Mohammed VI A and B satellite images),
– Scanning of the ANCFCC's documentary base, creation of databases and digitalization of services intended for citizens and institutional and professional partners.
Furthermore and during the same period, the total contribution to the State is 70 billion dhs, including 29.7 paid directly to the General Budget of the State.
