The Supervision and Control Committee of the Regional Project Execution Agency (AREP) of Casablanca-Settat held an extraordinary session on Monday at the regional headquarters.
According to a press release from the region, this meeting, chaired by the president of the Council of the Casablanca-Settat region, Abdelatif Maâzouz, in the presence of the wali of the Casablanca-Settat region, Mohamed Mhidia, members of the Committee, as well as the director and of the Agency's executives, was devoted to the integration of a new set of projects approved by the Council of the region during the session last October, in order to accelerate their implementation and facilitate their implementation on the ground.

The same source indicates that the director of the AREP of Casablanca-Settat, Mustapha Omrani, presented a detailed presentation on the progress of certain structuring projects, as well as on new projects proposed to be awarded to the Agency .
On this occasion, Mr. Omrani also discussed projects relating to the connection to the electricity network of several douars in rural areas, as part of regional programming.
Furthermore, the President of the Council of the Casablanca-Settat region stressed the need to combine efforts to ensure the implementation of the 2022-2027 Regional Development Program.
