The session of Thursday, December 19, 2024 at the BRVM was marked by a slight increase in the main indices, notably the BRVM Composite (+0.13%) and the BRVM 30 (+0.21%), while the BRVM Prestige fell by 0.15%.
With a total transaction volume of 1.20 billion FCFA for 324,529 securities exchanged, the activity was dominated by flagship values such as Orange CI and Sonatel, representing the largest amounts transacted. VIVO Energy CI (+3.53%) posted the best performance of the day, while SETAO CI recorded the biggest decline (-7.00%).
These developments reflect a moderate but contrasting dynamic, with a concentration of volumes on specific values and significant variations in both directions.
