In response to an oral question on the “mobilization of public land for the benefit of investment projects”, Ms. Fettah specified that during the first nine months of this year, 15 thousand Ha were mobilized for projects in the sector. energy, 84 Ha for tourism, 56 Ha for crafts and 64 Ha for housing.
According to the minister, more than 1,000 Ha were also mobilized for agricultural projects, while 322 Ha were allocated to public administrations in order to support the accelerated pace of several sectors such as health, education and infrastructure.
In addition, she reported the establishment of land titles for an area of approximately 349 thousand Ha, with the aim of regularizing and protecting State land assets.
Ms. Fettah, at the same time, stressed that the distribution of land takes into account the need to guarantee territorial equity, calling for this equity to be further strengthened in investment projects, in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Charter.
