Via its Environment activity, dedicated to optimizing the management and remote control of critical infrastructure networks (water, heating, energy, public lighting) – Lacroix announced at the end of 2024 the launch of SOFREL LogUp, its new connected solution to respond to challenges of reducing water losses and protecting the environment.
The SOFREL LogUp data logger is designed to meet the sustainability and performance requirements of water network operators. Compact and lightweight, it has a battery operating life of up to 10 years, as well as patented waterproofing (IP68). Designed to last and be installed in harsh environments, it offers modularity and scalability to meet the varied needs of network operators, while minimizing field interventions.
This solution aims to meet three main needs in particular:
– Simplicity : compact and robust hardware, quick-lock connectors, eco-designed design, on-board energy management for long autonomy, unique hardware and remotely scalable business software, automatic and autonomous deployment of cybersecurity
– Security : integration of security certificates for data transmission, centralized management of multi-user rights and automatic renewal of certificates.
– Cost reduction : rapid installation and commissioning, remote mass management of the fleet and optimization of the operation of water networks.
SOFREL LogUp works via 3 interoperable components: the data logger, the LX Connect platform and the MySOFREL LogUp application.
The LX Connect platform offers centralized and secure remote data management, simplifying and optimizing the supervision of SOFREL LogUp data loggers. With its intuitive and highly secure interface, it allows operators to access critical data from their water networks in real time, centralize equipment management and automate firmware updates. By facilitating data sharing between different business applications, LX Connect ensures efficient, secure and adaptable management to the evolving needs of infrastructure operators.
The MySOFREL LogUp mobile application is designed to optimize the management of water networks directly in the field. Thanks to an intuitive and secure interface, it allows technicians to configure, monitor and intervene on SOFREL LogUp data loggers. The application reduces time spent on site by providing local viewing of real-time data and quick access to configuration settings.
