On Wednesday, the inauguration of the brand new games library took place: 240 m2 to develop living well together through play.
At 11 a.m., Mayor Jean-Philippe Keroslian, surrounded by his partners, cut the inaugural ribbon of the new game library, a space dedicated to games and entertainment, promoting intercultural and intergenerational exchanges, now located in the premises of the old nursery, renovated and enhanced by the technical services of the town hall.
A new space which will allow the structure to expand its offering and offer numerous diversified activities for all audiences. The novelty of the place is to have set up three distinct spaces: a family space, where parents, brothers and sisters or companions can share a game in a friendly atmosphere, a space for adolescents and adults, where everyone can play, with friends and families games offered and a senior area dedicated to games accessible to them (strategy, memory, sensory, etc.). The Castonetoise cultural offering is attractive, with the La Baleine theater, the Le Krill cultural café and the Paul-Géraldini media library, the toy library becomes the fourth cultural venue in the town.
To take advantage of all the services offered, you can obtain or renew your culture card which gives you access to shows at reduced rates and now access to ludo. In addition to the games library, the premises redeveloped since the construction of the Lupins multi-reception facility now bring together several key services, thus offering a unique and complete space dedicated to Castonetoise families, in the heart of the priority Quatre-Saisons district.
