Oussama Essmili : I felt immense pride, both for myself and for the entire IDEO Factory team. This silver medal is true recognition of our work and our ability to innovate in a sector as strategic as digital training. It is the result of a collective effort, a clear vision and an unfailing commitment to offer solutions that are both efficient and adapted to the needs of the market. This distinction motivates us to go even further and continue to push the boundaries of e-learning.

What are the main innovative elements of IDEO Learning Suite that convinced the jury?

I think what struck the jury was the successful combination of cutting-edge technology and user experience. The personalization of learning paths in a very precise manner while automating certain tasks for the training teams were also decisive. This represents a real saving of time and efficiency. Furthermore, IDEO Learning Suite is not limited to a simple LMS: it is a complete platform that integrates features for managing interactions with learners, such as a CRM, to strengthen tutorial support and achieve a high rate of learner engagement. Finally, our solution also makes it possible to accelerate the design of e-learning modules, which is crucial for companies that want to quickly deploy their training.

How does artificial intelligence help transform the learning experience offered by your solution?

Artificial intelligence plays an increasing role in our solution. It first makes it possible to adapt learning paths to the specific needs of each learner, depending on their level, their objectives or even their pace. This not only improves training effectiveness, but also learner engagement. Then, it simplifies the work of instructional designers by automating certain steps, such as content production or data analysis. Finally, AI analyzes learning behaviors in real time to provide personalized recommendations, allowing businesses to adjust their strategies and deliver a more engaging and relevant experience.

How does IDEO Factory support African companies and institutions in their transition to digital training solutions?

Today, our ambition is to support African companies and institutions in their development of skills to face the economic and technological challenges of tomorrow.

How could this distinction strengthen Morocco’s positioning as a technological hub in Africa?

It highlights Moroccan know-how in a key sector such as digital training and underlines our potential to become a true technological hub in Africa. Through IDEO Factory, we show that local companies can innovate, be recognized internationally and contribute to the digital transformation of the continent.
