Stores in crisis
In 2023, Mister Menuiserie had more than 300 employees. Its turnover was 72 million euros. Without context, this amount seems impressive. However, in mid-November, the company found itself in receivership. Store employees knew the situation was difficult.
This procedure, unfortunately, had many consequences, starting with pending orders. That's not all, suppliers and customers were obviously worried about not seeing their money again. Finally, shortly after, judicial liquidation comes into play.
On social networks, customers express their dismay and anger. The testimonies denounce a lack of communication and questionable practices. In fact, some orders are untraceable. A buyer expresses her dismay, still waiting for an order worth nearly 6,000 euros. The store does not provide him with any information on this subject. She says she feels like she's been taken for a ride since May.

Faced with the scale of the disputes, several consumers are organizing to initiate collective action against Mister Menuiserie. Store customers want financial compensation. The goal is therefore to bring together as many complainants as possible.
