Product recalls continue to worry consumers. And for good reason, they no longer know which foods to trust. It must be said that many people are the subject of alerts on the Rappel Conso site.

All batches remain affected by this product recall. These desserts have a best before date between 11/22/2024 and 11/27/2024. Packaged in a plastic box, this strawberry plant was put on sale on November 22 with an end of sale date of November 27.
Sold in the self-service pastry section, this product is the subject of a product recall in Leclerc stores throughout France. The brand also warned about another dessert that consumers should definitely not consume.
A health hazard
This is the Chambord fruit tart for 20 people without brand. Once again, all batches are subject to recall and have a use-by date like the previously mentioned dessert. The distributor comes from the E. Leclerc center in Saint Amand les Eaux.
If these two desserts were the subject of a product recall, it is for good reason. Indeed, Rappel Conso revealed the evidence of exceeding the regulatory limit of pesticide (Oxamyl) in strawberries. These are present in both pastries.
This exceeding of authorized pesticide limits can then cause weight lossaccording to the government website. Consumers must then adopt a behavior in the face of this new product recall concerning strawberry and Chambord tart.
