In detail, the group Stellantis falls 13.1% over the last month of November: Peugeot stagnates at -0.6% but Fiat loses 50.7%, Citroën 20.6% and Opel 36.1%. The Renault group manages to remain slightly positive (+0.3%) despite a decline of 6.5% in Dacia thanks to the Renault brand which rose by 4.5%). As for electric cars, their market share was 17% in the month of November 2024. This is a little more than in October but significantly less than in November 2023 when it reached 20% in a market in better shape. shape. In terms of energy types, gasoline engines came out on top over the first eleven months of the year with 30.2% instead of 36.7% over the same period last year. Full hybrid comes second at 19.1% ahead of electric (17%), Mild hybrid (14.7%), plug-in hybrid (7.9%) and diesel (7.4%).

The little surprise is the big squeeze at the top of sales in the French market. Over the first eleven months of 2024, the Peugeot 208 remains in first place with 81,579 units sold since January.
