CBI CI is recruiting a Marketing & Communications Manager (M/F)

Poste : Responsable Marketing & Communication (H/F)

Contract type: permanent contract

Reports to: Deputy General Manager

Your missions:

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, your mission is to develop, implement and improve marketing methods. As such, you will be responsible for:

• Implement bank policies;
• Participate in the development and implementation of commercial policy;
• Organize, coordinate and lead the marketing team;
• Ensure the implementation of the bank’s communications policy;
• Ensure communication with the media;
• Manage public relations;
• Ensure management of the communications budget;
• Ensure competitive intelligence on the market.

Required profile

You hold a Bac + 4/5 in Marketing, Communication, Commerce, Sales or any other equivalent training.
You have at least 3 years of significant experience in a similar role in banking.

Your skills

• You have perfect knowledge of banking products and the Ivorian banking market
• You have a perfect mastery of marketing techniques (mix, promotion, etc.) and communication
• You know how to manage a cross-functional project
• You know how to train and motivate teams

Your qualities

• Good relational and commercial sense
• Organization and responsibility
• Sense of listening and diplomacy
• Good analytical and argumentative skills
• Rigor and integrity
• Ability to work under pressure

If you are capable of ensuring effective monitoring to anticipate and identify trends, consumer needs and define a relevant strategy for a range of products, then you are the ideal profile for this position.
