« My first term was marked by chronic instability on the part of the public authorities: CNR Logement, decentralization of housing policy, supply shock. All these aborted initiatives do not meet the challenges and make us waste time. Dissolution does not help. Stability is more essential than ever. Institutional stability: how to build an effective housing policy with a new housing minister every 6 months? Legal and normative stability: the new government absolutely must take a regulatory break. For my part, commitment, responsibility and requirement will always guide my action in the service of defending the profession of real estate developer and the act of building, which is necessary, useful and noble. »
