Avoid duplicates
Savings are planned within the two audio/digital and video editors, with the aim of exploiting synergies. They will result in a slight reduction in management and support positions. Other cost-saving measures could also be implemented within the production department.
Some positions will also be eliminated across the company to eliminate duplication within the organization. Some formats will also be eliminated during off-peak hours in the summer, on weekends or outside of peak viewing hours.
Social plan announced
The distribution, sports and entertainment departments will also be affected by the job cuts. Finally, the offer for those under 35 will be modified. The SRF wants fewer formats, but better financed.
