These two stops are a must for grocery store discounts this week

In order to help our readers cope with, among other things, the repercussions of rising food prices, our new collaborator Myriam Gendron, creator of the site Simply eatoffers a low-cost menu every week based on the best grocery discounts of the week.

Week of November 14 to 20

Although it’s only mid-November, Christmas is just around the corner. And food is like gifts… when you’re strategic and plan, you’re often able to save a lot of money! It’s a good time to start planning your holiday menu: there are six weeks of flyers left before Christmas (including current discounts).

You can make a small list of basic or general ingredients that will be useful to you. Flour, sugar, chocolate and butter have increased significantly over the past year or two: this gives you time to watch for discounts and replenish your pantry without making a dent in your budget between now and Christmas.

Have a nice week!
