INTERVIEW – The CEO of the refrigerated transport group explains how the company maintains team cohesion.

Stef – French transport and cold storage company -, created in 1920, was, from 1938 to 1987, a subsidiary of SNCF. It emancipated itself in 1987 as part of an LBO and an IPO. Led by Francis Lemor, father of the current CEO, Stanislas Lemor, the group’s executives and employees have become a majority shareholder. In 2023, Stef, which employs 22,800 people in eight countries, achieved a turnover of 4.4 billion euros.
