A ceremony which was placed under the theme “Technology at the heart of capital markets: what are the challenges for popular shareholders?” This annual meeting of players in the WAEMU regional financial market takes place at a time marked by technological innovation and digitalization which play a vital role in the global financial sector.
Very touched by this mark of recognition, the French-speaking Regional Director expressed her “deep gratitude” to the Brvm (Regional Securities Exchange). “This award is the result of the hard work that all AllAfrica teams from Cape Town to Dakar, without forgetting Abidjan, Abuja, Lagos, Liberia, Johannesburg, Nairobi, and Washington DC carry out in service of the continent, by providing accurate and relevant information,” said Ms. Mariama Ba. She also dedicated this prize to all their readers who, every day, seek information on the platform. “This award reinforces our commitment to continue providing quality information and contributing positively to the African ecosystem,” she added.
