On Friday, November 1, the Swiss stock exchange operator SIX welcomed the British abrdn Investments as a new issuer of Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF) with its new real estate product. This addition brings the total number of ETFs at SIX Swiss Exchange to 1,845, spread across 28 issuers.

The new ETF “abrdn Future Real Estate UCITS ETF USD Acc ETF Share Class” offers direct access to developed real estate markets globally. This actively managed ETF is powered by analysis from abrdn Investments’ Global Real Estate Research team. With this first active ETF, abrdn Investments enters the European market and expands its offering of investment solutions.
