Orange: dividend payment in sight

( — The Combined General Meeting of Shareholders ofOrange was held on May 22 in Paris. It was chaired by Jacques Aschenbroich (Chairman of the Board of Directors), in the presence of Christel Heydemann (General Director), and members of the Executive Committee.

All resolutions presented by the Board of Directors have been voted on and approved by the shareholders.

This meeting highlighted the Group’s prospects one year after the announcement of the “Lead the Future” strategic plan, as well as the 2023 financial results.

Concerning the Board of Directors, the renewal of two director mandates, for a period of 4 years, was approved: Christel Heydemann as a non-independent Director, and Frédéric Sanchez as an Independent Director .


For the 2023 financial year, the General Meeting of May 22 decided on the distribution of a dividend of 0.72 euros per share. Due to an interim payment of 0.30 euros paid on December 6, 2023, the balance of the dividend payable amounts to 0.42 euros per share.

The balance of the dividend will be paid in cash on June 6. The secondment date is June 4.
