The Tzero long-term unemployed is a project born in the territories, for the territories and with the territories which aims to reduce long-term unemployment, by offering all unemployed people permanent employment adapted to their know-how and their ambition.
The Corsica Sulidariu endowment fund, chaired by Jean-Guy Talamoni, supported the Costa Verde application until the system was authorized last July. “We will be able to get to the heart of the matter and make the Costa Verde a territory that will serve as an exampleconfided Jean-Guy Talamoni, at the origin of the project, while paying tribute to Laurent Granguillaume, the president of the national association TZCLD who supported our approach and worked alongside us. This authorization was obtained thanks to the joint work between the CCCV and Corsica Sulidaria, whose endowment fund provided a significant part of the financing of the operation. The Corsican Community and Adec are joining us today and that’s good news.”
What’s next? The creation of the enterprise for employment purposes
Since 2023, Adec has supported the Costa Verde community of municipalities in its economic development projects. Support provided by Alex Vinciguerra, its president who believes that this “experimentation presents a real interest for the intercommunal territory, both from a social point of view by allowing the reintegration of people who have been deprived of employment for a long time, but also from an economic point of view by providing a response to unmet needs today.
Committed to the fight against precariousness and the right to employment, Véronique Albertini, member of the national association and member of the Corsica region endowment fund Corsica Sulidaria believes in the project: “It responds to a problem identified more than 10 years ago. This precariousness that must be combated through the fundamental right of the right to employment. It is a new opportunity that will be offered to those who join the approach.”
The upcoming creation of the Employment Enterprise (EBE) will concretely put the TZCLD in Costa Verde on track. A territory that is already an example to follow
