RPSG Ventures Limited has informed that Mr. Prateek Aggarwal and Mr. Abhishek Malhotra have been appointed as President – Value Creation and President – Strategy, respectively, with effect from October 3, 2024. The duration of the appointment is not applicable as it is employed full-time by the company. Mr. Prateek Aggarwal holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has over 30 years of financial leadership experience across various industries including IT, Property consumption and services.
Most recently, he was CFO of HCLTech and held key positions at Hindustan Unilever, Genpact and Hexaware Technologies. Mr. Aggarwal has received numerous accolades including Best CFO by ET CFO Awards (2024), CII (2023) and Financial Express (2022). The Institutional Investor voted him the best CFO in 2024 in the rest of Asia (excluding China) and third in the Asia-Pacific region excluding Japan (including China).
Mr. Abhishek Malhotra holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a BSc in Electronics from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. Mr. Malhotra has over twenty years of strategy, operations and leadership experience in the consumer products, retail, media, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. Mr. Malhotra held key positions at McKinsey & Company, AT Kearney and Boaz & Company, where he led transformation initiatives and developed strong relationships with clients around the world.
His expertise covers corporate strategy, market transformation, supply chain and mergers and acquisitions.
