Who are we ?
A tour operator, for more than 30 years specializing in travel in Europe in all its forms based on natural or cultural tourist heritage, intended for BtoB and BtoC customers. Our parent company, Travel Europe, based in Austria, covers international markets. Our know-how in the sector is recognized.

Training and study trips are organized every year, the aim being to make our salespeople experts in sales and destinations.
The post ?
Attached to the reservation department, your main functions as ambassador of our brand will be:
• Advise the customer (telephone and email) on our various products and services,
• Reply to online chats on our conversational platform,
• Process quote requests and carry out sales and reservation operations with service providers,
• Establish contractual documents related to the file,
• Ensure technical and commercial monitoring of files,
• Perform various tasks related to the service’s back office.
What we expect from you…
• A sense of relationships,
• Have a taste for customer satisfaction and making sales happen,
• Be organized and able to manage several things at the same time,
• Have a taste for challenge and achieving objectives,
• Have a good team spirit and be smiling, persevering, dynamic, curious and respectful,
• Hold a BTS Tourism (beginners accepted),
• Master computer tools (Amadeus, Word, Excel, Outlook),
• Be operational in English (professional),
