Loire: a medieval Saturday in Pouilly-les-Feurs

This village in the Loire relies on its ancient heritage, a Cluniac priory built between the 12th and 15th centuries, to give extra soul to its Les Medievals festival, this Saturday. From 2 p.m., a market will take over the courtyard in the presence of craftsmen experts in trades of yesteryear (leather work, iron work, dyes, etc.) and numerous activities will punctuate the afternoon (dancers, horse riders , archers, parade…). Ain: an ode to biodiversity in Hauteville

Exhibitions, cinema screenings, conferences, information stands: the Nature Ain festival takes place for three days in Hauteville. Rhône: “Sacred music”, a first in the region

The “Sacred Music” festival takes place in Lyon and its surrounding areas (and even as far as Roanne in the Loire) from May 24 to June 18. Around ten venues, including several candlelit or illuminated churches, host 12 concerts by experienced choirs throughout a varied program (gospel, Gregorian chants, army choirs, world music, etc.) The send-off is given this Friday at 8:30 p.m. at the Saint-Bonaventure basilica in Lyon with the Gospel Philharmonic Experience then this Saturday at the Collégiale Notre-Dame des Marais in Villefranche with the Sartène choir.

Loire: the ASSE “kid’s tour” settles in Chalmazel

The Saint-Etienne football club and the Loire department are joining forces to organize fun and family events in May and June. The village of Journans is being transformed during the 14th edition of Journandises.
