Two wholesalers in the new and used automobile sector decided to join forces “in order to redefine the customer experience” on Tuesday.

HGregoire announced that it had formed a “strategic alliance” with Le Prix du Gros. The one who owns 35 dealerships in Quebec and the United States thus becomes a major partner of the other group which has 11 in Quebec.

This partnership will allow Prix du Gros to offer its customers a wider choice of new and used vehicles. All general managers of Le Prix du Gros franchised dealerships will become co-owners, participating directly in operations and long-term growth potential.

“The remarkable career of HGregoire reflects our values and our vision,” mentions Benoit Dusablon, president of the Prix du Gros, about the association. This new model will benefit our managing directors, staff and customers across all our branches, and will create great opportunities for future growth and innovation.”

HGregoire is committed to working closely with Mr. Dusablon and his team to continue its growth through its dealerships.

“All members of the HGregoire team feel a deep sense of respect for Benoit, his extended team and his other partners who, like him, have dedicated their careers to meeting the needs of customers,” adds John Hairabedian, president of HGregoire. By combining our strengths and welcoming new partners, we will be ready to meet the evolving needs of the community in this key region of Quebec.”
