Position 1: Mechanical maintenance technician
Assignment :
The mechanical maintenance technician will be responsible for carrying out regular checks to anticipate and avoid breakdowns, checking the condition of the machines and replacing worn parts and adjusting mechanisms to avoid production interruptions. Intervene quickly in the event of breakdowns or malfunctions to repair or replace defective parts, this will include dismantling, cleaning, and assembling machines. He will also be responsible for using diagnostic tools to identify the causes of breakdowns and propose solutions, this sometimes involves analyzing operating data and maintenance reports.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose breakdowns and malfunctions of mechanical installations.
- Repair or replace defective mechanical components.
- Perform the necessary tests and adjustments to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment.
- Make adjustments and fine-tune necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments (production, quality, etc.) to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
- Ensure maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
- Respect safety standards and work procedures during interventions.
- Propose technical improvements to optimize machine performance and reliability
Required Profile : (PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND TRAINING)
- Have previous professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the food industry or in an industrial environment.
- Holder of a BTS, DUT, DTS in Maintenance of Production Systems, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics and Industrial Automation, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Production.
- Mastery of transmission systems, engines, industrial machines and their components.
- Ability to quickly identify malfunctions and propose solutions.
- Ability to carry out certain repairs alone and to take initiatives.
- Have knowledge of electricity, electronics and industrial automation.

Position 2: Electromechanical maintenance technician
Assignment :
The electromechanical maintenance technician will be responsible for performing regular inspections of electromechanical equipment to detect signs of malfunction or wear and carry out scheduled maintenance operations to prevent breakdowns. Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns on equipment, repair or replace defective components, such as motors, cables, sensors, actuators, relays.
