An investigation was opened after Aurore Bergé, former Minister of Families, filed a complaint for theft of her correspondence, which was allegedly transmitted to the author of an investigative book claiming that she concluded a “pact” with private nurseries, we learned on Wednesday. The prosecution confirmed having received a complaint from Aurore Bergé, filed on October 4, 2024.

“This complaint was entrusted for investigation to the Brigade for the Repression of Delinquency against the Person (BRDP) on October 22, 2024,” specified the public prosecutor. Aurore Bergé must be heard Monday afternoon, added a source close to the case. His lawyer, Me Jade Dousselin, could not immediately be reached.
