Dani Olmo's ordeal continues

It was one of the most anticipated transfers by the Catalan management and by Hansi Flick this summer to bring back FC Barcelona: the signing of Dani Olmo. Trained at La Masia, he then joined Dinamo Zagreb where he exploded to make himself known to the general public before wearing the colors of RB Leipzig to reach a milestone. But 6 months after realizing his dream of wearing the colors of his lifelong club, the Spanish attacking midfielder is experiencing a season disrupted by several factors.

Victim of the management of his club

The first criticisms came when Barça signed him up taking advantage of Christensen's injury. A critical situation which resurfaced at the beginning of January with the withdrawal of his license by La Liga and the RFEF, finally re-registered provisionally after the decision of the CSD so as not to endanger his career. This announcement aroused the anger of several Spanish clubs, denouncing a problem of fairness. But now, after the injuries which have already made him miss 9 matches this season plus that of Valencia on Sunday and Atalanta on Wednesday with a return planned against Alaves on February 2, the native of Terrassa was whistled during the final of the Spanish Super Cup when he touched the ball but also on Saturday at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez against Getafe.
