Another hectic day at Versailles! The King is awaiting a visit from the ambassador of the Shah of Persia and intends to amaze his guest with the spectacle of the fountains in the Castle gardens. But near the pools, there is panic. There is no more water! Belfort and his companion Lupine are very worried about their friends, the carp Antras and Diem whose eggs must hatch soon. So they call Gazette, the little mouse, to the rescue. The latter will reveal to them the secrets of taming water in Versailles.
But time is running out! The water continues to drop and the entire carp family is in danger! Fortunately, Belfort and Lupine will be able to count on all the animals in the menagerie to help them.

Screenwriter, Teddy Jacquier Stehly is a graduate of the 3IS film school. He notably worked as the writing director of children’s animated series such as Calimero, Barbapapa, Abraca, McFire Family, Badger-Fox Family…He is also the creator and showrunner of the animated series Belfort & Lupin produced by Ellipse Animation for France Télévisions. Otherwise, in life, he loves Disney, old castles, dogs, Drag Queens and for him, coriander tastes like soap.
Lesdeuxpareilles – Drawings
Lesdeuxpareilles is a pseudonym for two artists from Canada, Julie and Lydia F. Ferron. The two twins developed a passion for drawing very early on. Influenced by animated cinema, they directed their studies towards this field. Subsequently, they settled in Quebec and began a career in video games. They have illustrated several children’s books and comics such asBeyond the stars (Dupuis) or Ball at the foot (Glénât).
