With more than a hundred free scientific meetings for everyone, the Hauts-de-Seine Department invites you to discover Women and Science throughout the Alto-Séquanais territory.
This 29th edition highlights women invested in research, technologies and innovation while promoting scientific careers. This event invites young and old, curious and aficionados, to meet in partner cultural venues. Numerous scientific meetings will be held: interactive workshops, meetings, visits, shows, exhibitions, film screenings… Be ready to take advantage of them!
The Garches Media Library is part of this system by participating in the “Prix Jeunesse la Science se livre”.
The general public is therefore invited to become a reader-juror (registration from the beginning of January) and to choose his favorite work.
This participatory and citizen prize, aimed at Altoséquanais and aimed in particular at science enthusiasts, will bring together up to 100 readers. Borrowing and reading of the 3 competing works will be organized in connection with the media libraries-retheis from the territory and independent bookstores Libraires en Seine.
