La Bussiere. A bag to carry the library book.. On Thursday, students at the school went to the library to borrow a book and listen to a story. Françoise Droze, one of the library volunteers explains: “The classes come about once a month. Today, each student will receive a bag that we had made with the town hall for transporting the chosen book under the control of the teacher. And then we’re going to read them a story, a kamishibai that we borrowed. »
The children chose a book and the teacher made sure that there was enough reading for CE2 and not too much for CE1. Manga, which attracted children, can be borrowed, but with parental consent.
The library is open every Tuesday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and the last Friday of the month at the same times.
More flexible hours
Françoise Droze specifies: “We have changed the hours to allow families to come to the library directly after leaving school. »
During school holidays, the library also welcomes children from the leisure center.
