As part of the project to produce a book on the history of Genas, the Neutrino theater will host a conference by the historian Edouard LYNCH on Monday November 4 at 7:30 p.m.
Edouard LYNCH has a doctorate in history from the Institute of Political Studies of Paris 1, professor of contemporary history at the Lumière-Lyon II University and member of the Laboratoire d’Etudes Rurales.
He coordinates the writing of the work on the history of Genasfrom antiquity to the present day, with other teacher-researchers from the University of Lyon II.
He is the author of the Books “Farms of yesteryear”; “We, Peasants: A Modern Epic”; “Peasant uprisings from the land to the streets, uses of violence in the 20th century”; “The Grenoble walnut: History(s) of a pioneering AOC”; “Beaufort: reinventing the common fruit”…
During the conference, he will offer insight into the process of creating a historical work, revealing the different stages, from data collection to final writing.
