Saturday, October 12, the foyer buzzed with the presence of authors, publishers and readers.

The show was open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the aisles were more crowded in the afternoon than in the morning, readers not having visibly been stopped by the rain, a constant guest of the day.

It is a regular flow which allowed the authors to meet their readership (coming from many surrounding towns, for example from Salinelles to Saint-Mathieu or Saint-Hippolyte), and to sell their works.

Many authors congratulated the organizers for the welcome, always warm, but also for the good attendance which allowed them to sell their works.

The number of authors had been deliberately reduced, and the activities developed, particularly for children. And they were not mistaken, only leaving one workshop to turn to another.

To take a quick look, satisfaction largely dominates, as much among writers as among publishers and, of course, the public. Young parents in particular were delighted with the workshops which fascinated their children.

The little welcome speech from the godmother, Mireille Pluchard, and her conference were fully appreciated.
