He no longer took his medication: not criminally responsible for the murder of his mother and a neighbor?

A schizophrenic man who no longer took his medication and who violently stabbed his mother and a neighbor to death, in addition to seriously injuring another, in Vaudreuil-Dorion last year should now be recognized not responsible for criminally.
